I have used this more than any of my other worksheets!

This is a brilliant sheet for your classes when you are first introducing the idea of tone and you want to teach some basis skills. In each letter your students need to shade, getting darker as they go across the page.

Alternatively, you could use this for four homework’s and cut down on marking!

You will use it year after year!

    Students enjoyed doing this as an extension to their class work on tonal values – some asked if they could carry on with it at home – a good sign!

    I set up The Arty Teacher because I have a passion for my subject that I want to share with other art teachers around the world.
